Goodyear Auto Service

The customer service and professionalism of the staff, including Michael, Darwin, and the technicians at the Hammond Drive Goodyear location, are why I have brought my vehicles there since arriving in 2017. I want to highlight Jason for his continued attention to detail and the special care he gives my vehicles, as if they were his own. He walks out to the parking lot even before I enter the lobby to ask how I am doing and what needs attention with the vehicle. I highly recommend this location as your go-to service center. Ask for Jason!

I can't recommend the Goodyear on Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The team is kind, thorough, honest, prompt, and genuinely trustworthy—qualities that can be hard to find when it comes to car service. The service department is simply unmatched, and I especially want to recognize Alfonso Royals and Jason Wike. They made the entire experience exceptional with their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and delivered excellent work. After dealing with my share of poor service and inexperienced technicians at other shops, it's such a relief to finally find a place I can trust. I've officially found my new home for car maintenance, and I'll be recommending this Goodyear to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you, Alfonso, Jason, and the entire team for restoring my confidence in auto service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A long time resident of Atlanta and car enthusiast… This is one of the most well run auto repair and service businesses I have ever encountered. The staff and management are phenomenal. Alfonso and Jason handled my car with care and detail. They were incredibly fair in their pricing and phenomenal at their customer service. Alfonso updated me through out the day and this wasn’t your boiler plate type of service. You do not find businesses these days as customer focused as this one. Jason as well is a superior certified master at what he does. If there is anything you need on your car done or repaired, this is the place to go! I cannot recommend them enough! Corporate needs to give them ALL a raise!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike, Alphonso & Terrance really care about their customers. I had Goodyear tires & they were under warranty - I had other certified Goodyear sales companies try to give me the run around just to get new tires & my warranty prorated. Alphonso & Mike stand out in their customer service. I have my own business & value customer service to the highest degree. I would give 6 stars if I could. They care about your safety & your wallet. I will be returning. I went in yesterday for the fire warranty inspection, the new tires were delivered & installed today. No long waits. Alphonso does AMAZING with his communication & updating you during the process.

Alphonso and his team provided me with the best car service and tire repair experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about every step of the service, ensuring no hidden fees. They detailed all the prices and offers available, allowing me to get a great value for my purchase. I highly recommend this place for any car services or tire repairs you need. Thank you Alphonso for the exceptional customer service and support.
